· Multiple characters in one drawing are 100% of the base cost unless stated otherwise.
· Depending on character complexity I can request extra cost. This will be based on my subjective opinion.
· Prioritise/ rush commission will be an extra of 50-100% of the base cost.· Feel free to DM for any questions!
Terms of Service
I. GENERAL TERMS.
· I have the right to decline or cancel any commission.
· No discriminative/ill behaviour.
· Please ensure you follow my TOS, any violation will be warned/blacklisted.II. PAYMENT
· All commissions must be paid in this order unless stated otherwise:
For simple commission (small chibis): 50% upfront -> 50% by sketch
For standard commission: 30% upfront -> 20% by sketch -> 30% by colour -> 20% once finished
or else I will not continue.
· The currency accepted is USD.
· Payment must be done through PayPal Invoice.III. PROCESS
· A sketch check will always be sent, and commissioners will have a chance for revisions. (MAX 2)
· Depending on complexity, a colour check will be sent, and commissioners will have a chance for revisions. (MAX 1)
· A final product check will be sent at the end. No revision will be done at this stage unless I personally chose to do so.
· This allows every artwork to have up to 3 revisions.
· An extra cost of between $5 - $20 may occur for additional revision, depending on the stage I am at with the piece.
· You may ask for wip checks in between, however I cannot guarentee progress.
· The time taken for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as:
Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues
· If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
· I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
· I have free use of the art, to use as promotional content (portfolio, etc).
· However I do recognise that the characters featured belong to respective owners, and will not use it for monetisation (merch), unless with clear approval from the commissioner.
· Under no circustances are you allowed to use my work for NFT or AI training.
· Under no circustances are you allowed to claim my work as your own.
· No monetary repoductions/reposts of the artwork can be made by the commissioner.
· If commissioner would like the commercial rights to the artwork:
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
· I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
· If you wish to cancel the commission you will be refunded half of what has been sent.
· If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
· No refunds will be given once a piece has been completed.
· If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
· You will be blacklisted + publicly posted for awareness.
